U.S. Returns + Exchanges Policy 

If you are not satisfied with your Rosie Bel Beaute order, you can return your products within 30 days of when you placed the order to receive a refund. Note that shipping fees will not be refunded.

Orders refused at delivery and returned to us are subject to having return shipping costs paid by the customer.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email our support team at rosiebelbeaute@gmail.com to begin the return process. You will need to provide your Order Number and the shipping Zip Code.  Note you are allowed 1 exchange on your original order.

 If you're returning a defective/ wrong item (s), please initiate a return by emailing us at rosiebelbeaute@gmail.com.
