Monday-Friday: 9AM-4PM EST. The Rosie Bel Beaute support team is not available Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on Holidays.

Q. How are Rosie Bel Beaute products formulated?

Because “clean" beauty lacks a regulatory definition by the Food and Drug Administration, we chose not to market our brand as "clean." But rest assured, our products are thoughtfully formulated, thoroughly tested, and made to comply with worldwide regulations of quality and safety—you have our word. Rosie Bel Beaute is cruelty free and vegan.

Q. How do I qualify for free shipping?

Standard Shipping is FREE on all U.S. purchases of $75 and over (excluding taxes).

Q. How long will it take for my order to ship?

Once your order is placed, it generally takes 3-7 business days to process and pack. If you select expedited or overnight shipping for your order, the order will typically ship out the next business day Monday - Friday. All orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day. Note that orders placed during high-order volume periods may experience a delay in overall processing times. 

Q. Are returns free?

For U.S. orders, only items that arrived damaged will qualify for free return shipping within 15 days of arrival. Note you are allowed 1 exchange on your original order.
